Ingredients
- Al’Fez Moroccan spiced couscous, to serve
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
- ½ a bunch of fresh mint (15g)
- 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon runny honey
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Al’Fez harissa
- 2 mixed-colour peppers
- 150g halloumi cheese
- 2 mixed-colour courgettes
