SHAWARMA PASTE
Shawarma is much-loved Middle Eastern street food; cooked meat, usually chicken or lamb, marinated in a deliciously warming spice mix. It is traditionally served piled into a wrap or flatbread with a cool yoghurt dressing and chopped fresh salad but is also often enjoyed served on a bed of couscous.
