MOROCCAN SPICED COUSCOUS

A delicately flavoured Couscous infused with exotic North African spices and mixed with juicy sultanas and pine nuts.

These tiny ‘grains’ of crushed durum wheat are pre-steamed and then dried. To prepare the couscous, it is hydrated with boiling water and fluffed up with a fork and can be served as a couscous salad or traditionally as part of a tagine.

Moroccan Spiced Couscous is quick and easy to make and can be enjoyed in many ways. Try adding melted butter, nut oils or olive oil – they are easily absorbed and each adds a different character to your couscous dish!
